Download our remote control application at the left.  With this tool, we will be able to "take over" your computer and help you resolve any issues you might be having without the need for a computer drop-off or a service call.  Image Networks' custom software has been created to aid you in getting the help you need in the quickest possible manner.

how does it work? 

When you install the software, you will initiate a connection with one of our computers in our office.  From there a technician can remote control your computer to help you resolve the problem.  Best of all, you have complete control over the connection and can end it at any time.  You will be viewing exactly the same screens as our technicians and we will be on the phone with you the entire time answering questions and discussing with you what is happening.

is it safe?

You are in complete control and can terminate this session at any time.  When the session is over, our software will automatically remove itself leaving your computer exactly how it was before.  We cannot reenter the connection without you first initiating it and we cannot read anything on your computer without your knowledge and approval.  In addition, all communications use 128-bit encryption at all times.  Your safety is insured!

how much does it cost?

We charge a flat rate of $49.95 per remote call for all types of support except for spyware/virus removal.  On occasion, problems cannot be solved remotely.  In these cases, if we are unable to fix your problem remotely, we will refund your money and schedule a service call.
